Motorsport is not a standard sport
Motorsport places specific demands on the athlete that go far beyond traditional physical preparation.
Repeated high-G forces, neck and upper-body fatigue, thermal stress, cognitive load, and compressed race schedules require a targeted and highly individualized approach.​
My role is to help drivers remain physically prepared to perform consistently — on track, in the simulator, and throughout long competitive seasons.
